Spectrum attended the 12th annual Asia Clean Energy Forum (ACEF 2017), which took place on 5-8 June 2017 at the Asian Development Bank (ADB) Headquarters in Manila. The forum had four themes: energy access, energy efficiency, renewable energy and the future of clean energy in Asia. The forum was attended by approximately 1,500 participants from63 countries including governments, development partners, the private sector, academic institutions and civil society organizations. This briefing paper summarizes highlights from the forum and their implications for Myanmar.
